It is a combination of bench and rack.
It utilizes steel tubing for stability. It has 7 adjustment positions on back, 2 positions on seat and 5 adjustment positions on the rack. The bench performs flat, incline and decline exercises. Thick oval tubing provides a stable workout surface.upper- and lower-body exercises are possible (owner’s manual offers workout options)
